Processing times

Please allow 3-14 days for before your order is shipped. We thank you for your patience and appreciation of all that goes into our handmade creations. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery times:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

Estimated delivery times: 

Canada: 3-9 business days 

United States: 4-8 business days 

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Cold Lake, AB. If selected, you will receive an email along with instructions when your order is ready for pickup. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Let's Go Leash Co. is not responsible for covering duties or taxes or delays. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
